IL PIATTO<\/strong>. L’approccio in stile bistrot \u00e8 evidente fin dagli antipasti: un uovo perfetto con spinaci appassiti e nocciole, o una tartina di brioche con formaggio di capra e verdure essiccate al sole. Chi teme di perdersi i sapori della Corsica pu\u00f2 stare tranquillo con il polpo grigliato e gazpacho di pomodoro, le linguine alle vongole o il carr\u00e9 d’agnello servito con melanzane cremose e candite. Ricordatevi di lasciare un po’ di spazio per il dessert al limone 100%, anch’esso naturalmente locale.<\/p>\n
